Food Handler Course & Clare Veterans Centre (CVC) Kitchen Training

Interested in working in the food industry or planning to rent the new CVC kitchen? These upcoming training sessions on Thursday, January 15, 2026, could interest you — take one or attend both!

Food handler course

When: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (short lunch break — please bring your own lunch)

Cost: $45 cash at the door (required to take the exam at the end of the training session)

Where: In-person at the CVC

CVC kitchen training

(mandatory for anyone planning to rent the CVC kitchen)

When: 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.

Cost: Free

Where: In-person at the CVC
