The draft Municipal Planning Strategy (MPS) and draft Land Use Bylaw (LUB) are now available for public review and download below.
You can also pick up a copy at the municipal office (1185 Highway 1, Little Brook). These important planning documents will help guide future development, land use, housing, infrastructure, and environmental protection throughout our community. We encourage residents, business owners, and community groups to take a look and share their thoughts.
To support this process, we will be hosting a Public Open House on:
