The CJA is excited to be back for another year of exciting programming! This year promises to be a memorable one, with great adventures and special guests!
General Information
Registration Requirements
- Camper must be between the ages of 5 and 12 during camp.
- Camper must be able to be dropped off and picked up within the designated times. They must be signed in an out by Authorized guardians- no child is allowed to walk home alone.
- Camper must plan to be present for all days of camp per week.
- Camper must be able to be left in the care of a Camp Monitor in a group of 8-12 children.
- Campers who require a companion are welcome to attend with their companion, please indicate this during registration so our team can accommodate.
- A variety of physical, cultural, creative, and fun activities have been planned, and participation is expected!
Camp Hours
- Monday to Friday are camp days.
- 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Daily Drop Off: is from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
- Daily Pick up: is from 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- The week of August 3rd there will be no camp on Monday. It is priced accordingly.

Health & Safety Guidelines
- All camp staff are First Aid certified and receive one week of orientation.
- Good behavior expected from all as we put an emphasis on safety and inclusion. Serious misbehavior may result in immediate dismissal. Incident reports will be filled out for serious incidents and parents/guardians will be notified.
- Serious incidents may result in campers not being welcome back this season.
- Health checks will be part of the daily sign-in process. Frequent handwashing, optional mask-wearing, and health measures will be encouraged in campers. Sick campers should stay home until they are symptom-free.

What to Bring
Labeled gear, nut-free snacks, a reusable water bottle, a change of clothes, and comfy shoes. Electronics and valuables should be left at home.
Programming
- Each day, campers will be given the opportunity to stretch their minds, bodies, and spirits.
- Each day builds and connects to the other, for days of exciting fun!
- Every Wednesday afternoon is pool time!
- We will host special guests and friends for activities during the week!
- All programs happen on campus. Primarily around the Yurts, however there will be pool time, gym time, and adventure in le Petit Bois!
Registration and Payment
Cost
$175 per week includes:
- 5 full days of activities, games, and fun!
- Lunch and snacks each day
- Materials for activities, crafts, and games, and more!
- There is no option for daily registration in order to offer a safe and manageable environment for campers and staff.
- Please note the week of August 3rd, camp is only Tuesday to Friday and is priced accordingly.
Payment
Full payment required after registration to confirm the child’s spot.
Payment plans are available at check out for those who need. In checkout, select “payment plans” to apply it to your purchase.
Our online registration portal accepts credit cards to pay instantly! For payments of cash or debit cards, please call our team at 902-769-2031 for registration.
Refund Policy
Full refund for cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the camp start date. No refunds within 14 days of the first day of camp, or for no-shows/early departures.
Examples:
- Your child will only be there Monday-Thursday: No adjusted pricing or refunds available. Only full week payment options are available.
- Camp week starts on Monday July 6th: Last day to cancel for a full refund is Sunday, June 21.
- Camp starts next week and you realize you will no longer be able to attend: Please let us know so we aren’t expecting your child, no refunds are available after the cancellation date.
Late Pickup Fees
$20 for initial late pickup, increasing incrementally for further delays. For more information, please read through our 2026 Late Pickup Policy.

How to Register
- Create an account or log in to our online registration portal: munclare.perfectmind.com
You do NOT need to wait for registration to open, it is recommended to do this ahead of registration opening.
- Create a profile for yourself as the parent first, then “add a family member” for your child with all their information. Please make sure to update their profile with any medical conditions (including allergies), and authorized pickup people by clicking “edit” at the top of their profile screen.
- Find the weeks you are looking to register for under our CJA Day Camp calendar: All the information will be viewable before registration opens in order to plan your summers.
